Well they all warned us before the 2006 Atlantic Tropical Hurricane Season that this would be a big one. We seem to be in a heavy hurricane 1-2 decade cycle, plus it was La Nina on the West Coast this winter. Plus last year was a record breaking year during the 2005 Atlantic Tropical Hurricane Season too. All indicators pointed towards a highly negative impact from this Hurricane Season on our civilization.

When will it all stop? Well let’s just say now with Tropical Depression, turned Tropical Storm Joyce, it is not time to rejoice quite yet. You see Joyce is now going to be Tropical Hurricane Joyce and she appears to be growing in size and strength, as per the NOAA and NASA Weather Satellites. We do not know yet what level or category she might get too, but any Hurricane is not a good thing as we have seen with small category Hurricanes doing significant damage this year already not to mention the biggies.

Since we are already down to the “Js” does that mean it will soon all be over? Well that is hard to say after last years recorded breaking Hurricane Season; after all we even took a big chunk out of the Greek Alphabet and even rang in the New Year with a very late Hurricane. So, no the fact that we are now on the “Js” means little if anything and so do not rejoice yet until after the Hurricane Joyce hit.
